United States Data Privacy Statement:

Goodman Solutions respects your privacy.  We will only collect, store and use your personal information for certain purposes.  Personal information is requested or required to verify your identity and is used to make personnel decisions.  We do not sell your personal information. We only share your personal data outside Goodman Solutions’ companies with your consent, as required by law or to protect Goodman Solutions and its customers; or with third-party organizations that assist Goodman Solutions with employment verification or screening (you will be provided with a separate notice).  We also will disclose your personal data to governmental authorities when required to do so by law.  We strive to protect the security of your personal data.


Your personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, etc. is collected and stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the request, as determined by Goodman Solutions.  This information is never provided or sold to any other company for that company’s independent use.


Goodman Solutions may collect and store web server log data (e.g., the name of your Internet service provider, the site that referred you to us, etc.).  We may use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity.  This information may be shared with third parties to provide these services or to analyze, store, or aggregate information.


People with access to your information for technical reasons (e.g., maintenance) are required by law and contract to keep your information confidential and to not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services performed for Goodman Solutions. 


Your information will be kept for 24 months after first creation and if you have not updated your profile in 24 months it will be deleted from the system.  You have the ability to delete or modify your information online by logging in using your username and password or by contacting talentacquisition@goodmansolutions.com

By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, management and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement.


This Privacy Statement is effective as of April 14, 2014.  Goodman Solutions may revise this Privacy Statement at any time without notice.  Visitors’ use of this site after any revision constitutes their agreement to such revision.
